I'm a woman.....that means so much, there's no space to tell it all. I am young, that has its own complications. I live in a country other than the one I was born in that allows me privilege and burden. I work in the not-for-profit sector, no pay cheque could give me the satisfaction I get from working in this field. I am not yet me, since change is the only constant I know. I am blessed beyond measure.

Where change is external and situational ,marriage, a new job, new country; transition is the internal process of how one responds to the change..I'm in transition...
I sometimes ponder the source of my strength, my wisdom and my courage. I sometimes ponder the source of my creativity, resourcefulness and resilience. I sometimes ponder what it is to be woman, maroon, Christian, Jamaican, human. I am inspired by his strength….. My great grand father Man O Rowe former colonel and oldest living Accompong Maroon died at 106 years old this past month.

Tammy i am happy to know that you are still that crazy girl i knew from MADZ Crew days and that you are not changing to plz nubaddy. Love di hair do and your man looks hot. No wonder you have a big crush on him
SURPRISE!!! To Tami ... this is my second testimonial .. I had to write a new one caue the first was too blahh. If ever I needed a honest opinion, a straightforward response .. i could always depend on this girl, no questions asked. We share a few things in common like the first three letters in our name, the day of the month we were born and the fact that we know we can "Be the Change" and that no one can tell us we can't. A troublemaker she can be at times. I first knew Tami cause she would mock my walk and my gestures in high school before she even knew me! Always used to call me Miss World ... (sorry I never fulfilled that premonition -maybe my unborn daughter will :) ). Then there was UWI when we studied "Spatial Science" LOL .. spending many a night down Rex Nettleford Hall in final year ... the three stooges ... labouring over Arimah, Spence and Bailey. Tami would feed me and make sure I had enough clothing to keep me warm ... and would not hesitate to make a smart remark to anyone who felt they had to pick on me ... (we will not call any names). To get to the point what I am trying to say is God has truly blessed me with good people in my life and she is one of them. Just know you are loved and appreciated ... Just wish you were here now cause MISERY is being MISERY and only you would understand ...
Hey, your poem is off the chain (mi a try fi contain miself and funny enuff mi ear nuff ppl talk bout dem stuff de) and no mi no ole coz u bawn 1 day b4 mi. lol!!!
Tammy is a past student of Holy Child Hood High School. Anyone who went there during her tenure should know her. Awsome personality, good dresser, kind and warm.
I don't even know why I'm adding a comment to this. I am going to take the liberty to comment on the testimonials. Anywayz, I was unaware that you either had an obsession with your breasts or had an issuse with fondling others. But do I know you any less? I get the impression that Peta-Gaye was intimitaded by you. Why is she thanking you for accpeting her? Who the @/#*!? were you in high school again? Oh my gums, I couldn't stand you and that girl to whom you were joined at the hip! Talk about extraness. Please don't think jealousy, 'cause you know I'm not the envious type. All I know is that we tend to "click". To be continued....
Tamika, what can I say? First thing, she is full of drive and determination. Anything she wants she works for it. That it is a traite that I admire and like about her. Enough of that. Tamika is a craxy girl, never understoodher obsession with her breast. She is a good friend to have, especially when you need clothes. I will never forget those days in high school, I could always depend on Tammy to hook me up with some clothes whenever I'm ready. I the fact that she is ver focussed. Know you will not change. Remember I'm waiting on Tavaughn and the others
well then how far can this money stretch? let's see. this girl? personality is infectious. she also has an admirably keen eye for fashion, for herself and her friends. she's tell you in no uncertain terms whats she thinks (about everything). she's a philanthropist and man teh queen of the kitchen. i enjoyed those days at high school when anything she said she was gonna do she did (no maater how outlandish it may seem). one great true friend
hey this is not really a testimony, but i jus wanna say thanks for accepting me. i have seen u aroun school bac in da days but never really hold a conversation more than say hi. but u always were a cool and sweet girl to me. well thats the the type of person u potray to me. anyways so r u in jamaica or abroad now. anyways keep being nice and sweet.
Tamika...Tamika...Tamika. There is so much that I can say about her...
I remember when I first met her, the day i moved to Jamaica, she not only helped me get a room on Rex but continued to be a great friend ever since. She really helped me get adjusted to living in JA and showed me the ropes. Tamika is so selfless, giving, caring, hardworking, dedicated, and on top of that, FULL of vibes...NEVER a dull moment around her. She was and is always there for advice and support. Love ya girl No matter where you are in the world...You are always my bona fide friend.
Hmmmm, where do I start. I met this bow-legged sista only a few years ago, but somehow I get this annoying feeling like I've known her all my life.lol Seriously though Tamika is like that friend you grew up with and i feel so at ease around her.It is always nice to have Tamika in your friend list cuz whatever you need, whateve size you are, she can get it, and that is a fact. In spite of all the BORING lectures about the environment, heritage, the black and white story, and the high cost of living, Tamika can actually have a good conversation. She is sweet and caring and listens readily. She is one of those persons you know will make it BIG. Anyways, nothing but luv sweetie.
Opinionated and straight forward best describe Tamika. She speaks her mind which is a great quality in a friend as you darn well and know she wont lie to you.
what to say about bighead......... she's different, she unique, in a nutshell:weird! lol, but i like her for who she is and thats funny as hell, though she had a breast touching problem.....anywho, she's a really cool chica, and congrat again, and oh, vaughn have a brother? still scoping the scene you know!
What can I say about Tamika...well first of all...she is one of the craziest people i know (and i know alot of crazy people) she has an amazing sense of humor..sometimes I wonder how she thinks...she is also a great friend...a truly loving person...and she isn't afraid to speak her mind...or go after what she wants....thats what i love about her and thats why she's my friend!
