Please.... Enter the doors of our memories and present nightmares of the rotting floorboards from whence the rats came... The sinister omnipresence of the breadfruit tree which threatened to launch a random breadfruit attack upon our heads as we waited to buy our... Lunches, a feast to be enjoyed by dogs, to which they were cast, and even those damned mangy creatures shunned the a)solid block of rice seasoned with the occassional maggot b)claws of flightless birds in our soup, coincidentally after one of our 'resident chickens' had disappeared c)'folding'bread so eager to reach our mouths that it seemed to over-ferment and develop a strange mould between the uh..halves... It was fascinating to see staff consume such delicacies with us from the cafeteria, but then, on a teacher's salary..well... Although one's mind will venture to the new vehicle which ....let's call that person 'over-generous legs'...purchased not so long ago... Hmm...whatever happened to the funds which were towards purchasing a squatter-ridden plot of land above the netball court for some obscure and unexplained reason??
